Whispers of Pixies

I finally climbed the silks, after a month and a half of not being able to climb the damn thing, and I managed a foot lock, a struggling hip lock (reason why I call it a struggle, as my tutors and classmates found it hilarious to watch me shouting and tangling myself into a lock) oh and the candycane. :) Very happy. But hands were numb. :|

12 Days of ChristmasDay 5~ Perfect Pumpkins
So when halloween comes around i always try my hardest to make my pumpkin look as glamorous and unusual as i can. This year i have found a few ideas that are really different and will look amazing as centre pieces or on your doorstep.
Trick or Treat Pumpkin1. Paint you pumpkin white, this may take a few coats of paint before it is completely white, then paint the stalk black.2. Draw on the trick or treat text using a pencil, this can be any font you like, if you need help you can print out a stencil.3. Using a small brush paint ontop of the text, you can use a permanent marker to straighten any edges.4. Add further decorations, these can be ribbons, beads and pieces of lace.
Glitter Pumpkin1.Using a large paintbrush cover your pumpkin with pva glue.2. Choose a coloured glitter (i prefer blacks and silvers for a glamorous look). Cover the pumpkin completely in the glitter, this might take a few coats.3. When finished cover the pumpkin with a coat of spray glue or clear varnish.4. Finally paint the stalk, you could even use a contrasting colour of glitter on the stalk.
Lace Pumpkin1. Paint your pumpkin white, the pumpkin may need a few coats of paint.2. Using lace fabric or tights, cover the pumpkin and pin around the stalk.3. Paint the stem with black paint, and your pumpkin is complete.
Bat Pumpkins1. Cut out different shaped bats from black paper or felt fabric. You can usestencils to get different shapes.2.Using pva glue, place your bats in an upward flying motion.3. Paint the stalk a dark colour. You can also paint the pumpkin for a different effect.
Studded Pumpkin1. Carve your pumpkin, scary faces really do work well.2. Paint your pumpkin, this can be any colour but is more effective if you can get studs that match.3. Start to stud your pumpkin, studding in straight lines looks better than random placement.4. Add more studs and even a little ribbon on the stalk.
I hope these pumpkins have inspired you to step outside the box when it comes to decorating your pumpkins this year.Rottentouch v-v

This song is like the sound track to falling in love with that one in a million person who is your true soul mate. A love that penatrates to the recesses of your heart that no one has ever been able to.

I think I have met my soul mate.
